My Background
My name is Arash, an Iranian-American living in Germany. I am passionate about nurturing peoples Tip Of The Stem. This is a metaphor, resembling the part of an individual, that when nurtured, has the power to help the individual grow, intentionally, courageously, and authentically, despite some of the biggest challenges towards their goals and dreams. Over the last 15 years I have coached in school, mental health, and medical settings. I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I draw heavily from my training and research publications in a masters in Clinical Psychology, and a masters in Cognitive Science. Currently, I coach in English and Farsi.
My clients include anyone struggling to grow in a particular direction in their life. Some clients may be experiencing stress, pressure to perform, or just trying to find their path in life.
My own journey of overcoming personal challenges has led me to believe in the power of coaching to achieve personal growth and success. Although I don’t provide psychotherapy, my experience as a person, student, and professional provides me the skills to nurture other individuals to grow and flourish.

Learn about and experience different secular mindfulness meditations, and their empirical application in wellness and performance.
